Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within New Zealand.
International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us at admin@thedashproject.co.nz to discuss your order. A separate invoice will be provided, including applicable international shipping costs.
Processing & Production Time
All products are personalised and made to order. Orders are typically processed, produced, and ready for dispatch within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Timeframes may vary depending on order volume and the completeness of information provided.
Shipping Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are typically:
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days (depending on location and courier service)
While we aim to use overnight courier services where possible, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.
Shipping Method & Tracking
All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within New Zealand is included in your order price.
International shipping costs will be calculated separately and confirmed prior to dispatch.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, The Dash Project is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, and photographic evidence will be required.
Peak Periods
Delays may occur during peak periods or due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
